"A little pricey for what it is"
The stuff was fine overall, but the prices felt kind of high for what you actually get. Then shipping added on top made the whole thing feel like a bit much. I might check around at other places next time before ordering this again

"Customer service didn’t really come through"
I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but I feel like it’s fair to mention this. Customer service took a really long time to get back to me, and when they finally did, the issue still wasn’t really fixed. I gave it a chance and tried to be patient, but in the end it just felt like I didn’t get much help.

"Ordering was easy, but shipping felt a bit slow"
Placing the order was super easy, no complaints there. The confirmation email came through quickly too, which was nice. I was kind of impressed at first, then a little annoyed because I expected the rest of the process to move just as fast. Overall it was fine, just wish it had been a bit quicker after ordering

"Maybe I underestimated them"
I ordered from rangerjoes.com i wasn’t expecting it to show up that fast. Maybe I’m just used to shipping taking forever, but my stuff got here in just a couple days with no problems at all. Happy with how it went.

I opened my order and... yeah, it wasn’t what I asked for at all. The items were wrong, and I was just kind of confused because none of it matched what I ordered

"Returns were more work than expected"
I tried to exchange something that didn’t fit, and honestly, it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. The emails took a while to get answered, and the return instructions weren’t super clear. I also wound up paying more than I thought just to send it back, which was frustrating. I probably won’t order again unless I’m completely sure about the sizing.

"Good gear, holding up fine"
I ordered some gear from Ranger Joes and it feels solid, not that cheap flimsy stuff. The stitching looks clean, the fabric feels tough, and the fit was pretty much what I expected
I’ve been using it for a little while now and so far no complaints. It’s not fancy or anything, just decent quality gear that does what it’s supposed to do, I’d order from them again
